Bills are recorded exactly as paid. The 10% is shown on its own line.
Split fairly
Each month's spend is divided by the size of each flat, to the poisha.

You see all project costs, and only your own invoices and payments.

How buying works

Pick a project, a layout and a floor. Visit the site any day except Friday.

Pay the listed price
It covers your share of the land and your right to the flat.

Pay construction monthly
At true cost plus a fixed 10%, with every receipt shown.

Move in
On the handover date agreed at launch.
